FLAT STITCH EMBROIDERY
MOST COMMONThread is laid flat against the fabric, creating crisp, clean logos with sharp edges and precise line detail. The standard for polos, hats, jackets, and workwear.
STITCHED TO LAST, BUILT TO REPRESENT
Precision multi-needle embroidery for polos, hats, jackets, and workwear. We digitize your logo in-house and stitch it clean on every single piece, from a 12-piece team order to a 5,000-piece corporate rollout.
We provide professional embroidery for hats, apparel, uniforms, bags, and other products using clean, durable stitching designed to last.
Every embroidery project begins with digitizing β your artwork is converted into a stitch-ready file that tells our machines exactly how to recreate your design. Our team reviews the artwork, adjusts the stitching where needed, and tests the design to help ensure clean details and consistent results before full production begins.
Choose from traditional flat embroidery, raised 3D puff embroidery, or a combination of both styles. Whether you need merchandise for your brand, uniforms for your business, or custom gear for an organization, we make sure every piece is produced with attention to detail.
Our embroidery minimum starts at 24 pieces per design.

PICK YOUR TECHNIQUE
Every style serves a different purpose. Choose the right technique for your garment, your design, and your brand.
Thread is laid flat against the fabric, creating crisp, clean logos with sharp edges and precise line detail. The standard for polos, hats, jackets, and workwear.
A foam underlayer beneath the stitching lifts the design off the fabric surface, giving it a bold, three-dimensional raised look.
Combines both techniques in a single design, adding depth and visual layering without sacrificing precise details.
A shaped piece of twill fabric is cut to match your design, stitched directly onto the garment, and bordered with embroidery.

GOT QUESTIONS?
The most common questions about custom embroidery. Still have one? Ask us directly.
We recommend AI, EPS, PDF, or a high-resolution PNG for the best results, but if you only have a JPEG or screenshot, that's okay too. Our in-house team will review your artwork and let you know if any cleanup is needed before production.
No. Digitizing is a one-time $45 fee that converts your logo into a stitch file our embroidery machines can read. Once your design has been digitized, we keep it on file for future embroidery orders, so you won't pay the fee again unless the artwork changes.
Our minimum order is 24 pieces per design. This allows us to maintain efficient production, consistent quality, and competitive pricing on every embroidery order.
We can embroider hats, polos, hoodies, jackets, t-shirts, work uniforms, backpacks, beanies, aprons, and many other apparel and accessory items. If you're unsure whether your item can be embroidered, simply send us the details and we'll be happy to confirm.
Yes. You can absolutely place a sample order with us. We highly recommend ordering a sample if your design has intricate artwork or if you're particular about thread colors, placement, or the overall finished look before moving forward with your full production order.
Our embroidery machines support up to 15 thread colors in a single design. Most logos use fewer colors, but if your artwork requires more, we'll help simplify the design while preserving its overall appearance and quality.
Flat embroidery lays the thread directly on the fabric, making it ideal for detailed logos, fine lines, and small text. 3D puff embroidery uses foam beneath the stitching to create a bold, raised effect that's perfect for simple logos and lettering, especially on hats.
Since we receive new orders every day, turnaround times can vary slightly depending on our production schedule. Larger orders naturally take a little longer, but most embroidery orders are completed within 10β12 business days after your mockup has been approved. We always prioritize quality over quantity, so every order receives the attention it deserves.
