These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Needlepoint Embroidery website, services, and any transactions you conduct with us, whether online or in-store. By placing an order, using our website, submitting a quote form, or providing your contact information in-store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting a quote request, or interacting with Needlepoint Embroidery in any capacity, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Needlepoint Embroidery provides custom embroidery services for individuals and businesses, including but not limited to monogramming, logo embroidery, custom garment embroidery, and related products. Services may be requested online, by phone, or in-store.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and our confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due at the time of order placement or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed at checkout or communicated in-store.
  • Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4. Custom & Embroidery Orders

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, the following terms apply:

  • Design Approval: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, text, and design proofs before production begins. We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
  • Production Times: Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays via SMS or email.
  • Customer-Supplied Garments: If you provide garments for embroidery, we will take reasonable care but are not liable for pre-existing defects or damage that occurs during normal embroidery processes.
  • Minimum Orders: Certain services may require minimum order quantities as communicated at the time of quoting.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Needlepoint Embroidery — through our website checkout, online quote form, or verbally or via form in-store — and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from us regarding your orders, appointments, and services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Program Description

Needlepoint Embroidery uses SMS messaging solely for transactional, order-related communications, including:

  • Order confirmation notifications
  • Production status updates
  • Order-ready and pickup notifications
  • Shipping notifications
  • Appointment reminders

Opt-In Methods

You may provide SMS consent through any of the following methods:

  • Checking the SMS consent box on our website checkout page.
  • Providing your number and consenting on our online quote form.
  • Providing your phone number and verbally or in writing consenting in-store when placing an order or appointment.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase our products or services.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further SMS messages from Needlepoint Embroidery. To re-enroll, contact us directly.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Needlepoint Embroidery is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

No Sharing of SMS Consent

Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, cancellations and refunds are handled as follows:

  • Before Production Begins: Orders cancelled before production starts may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any digitizing or design fees already incurred.
  • After Production Begins: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. No refunds will be issued for completed custom embroidery orders unless the product is defective or the error is solely ours.
  • Defective or Incorrect Orders: If your order is defective or does not match your approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to correct or replace the order at no additional charge.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting logos, artwork, or other designs to Needlepoint Embroidery, you represent that you own or have the right to use such content and that reproducing it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to use your submitted designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

All original content on our website — including logos, text, photography, and design — is the property of Needlepoint Embroidery and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Needlepoint Embroidery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to such claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Your County, State].
