Processing Time

All products are custom-made to order. Production times vary depending on order size, complexity, and current workload.

Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of order. Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Needlepoint Embroidery is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.

Any claims for lost or delayed packages must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Local Pickup

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Orders not picked up within 30 days of notification may be subject to storage fees or disposal at our discretion.

Please ensure timely pickup to avoid additional charges.

Local Delivery

If local delivery is arranged, delivery dates are estimates only and may change due to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Production delays
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

We will communicate any significant changes to scheduled delivery dates.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
