Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final once production has begun.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
Approved cancellations may be subject to design, setup, or restocking fees.
Custom Orders
All custom embroidery, patches, printed apparel, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for:
• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Minor color variations
• Custom artwork approval errors
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at customerservice@npembroidery.com.
We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer:
• A correction
• A replacement
• Store credit
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an order is canceled before production begins and are subject to any applicable design or setup fees.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
